You can try to press 'Esc' key on your keyboard when you are in the game's main screen. You should see a small frame with a question about whether you want to quit or not. Click 'Yes' and the game window will close. Unfortunately this method does not always work. If it doesn't you can simply close the window.

It seems, that the game does not take interest rates into account. Why?
Answer:
The game does not take into account many variables, some of which are considered important in real life. The reason for this is quite simple - the more variables the game contains the harder it is to play. I did not want to create a game, that would require a five-year university course on economics for preparation.
